About Freddy
I am able to work with all age groups in a personal training session. I can do a private class or if you want to do a group class with other friends or family that is also possible. If you are in the ages between 4 & 13 we can do great at home and outdoor workouts. If you are 14 or older the gym is also a better option and with my buddy pass I can always get you in the gym to train with me free.
