His dedication to preparation and lesson planning is notable from day one and every lesson is tailored exactly to where you are on your chess journey. He's polite and patient and is full of fascinating chess knowledge that is a wonderful added bonus. I developed quickly under Stan's mentorship and highly recommend him as a chess teacher.

Matt is a very attentive student. We went through a wide spectrum of topics, starting from the very basics to far more complex issues. We kept track of the progress, homework was given, and Matt was able to follow me in a spectacular fashion. Sadly once COVID restrictions came into place we stopped. I am hoping that Matt will be able to pursue the game without me.
