About Noemi
Instilling a passion to learn languages has been my primary focus since I began my teaching journey in 2005. I graduated with a B.A. in Spanish, M.Ed in Language Education and a Reading Specialist certification from The Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J. I taught Spanish to elementary, middle and high school students and tutored all levels. I have also taught graduate level courses in world language teaching methodologies within the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University and Montclair State University (NJ). I have presented workshops to educators at state, regional and national levels and hosted different professional development events.

Students in my classes immerse themselves in the target language within rich, meaningful & authentic contexts. I incorporate various forms of technology, creative lesson design and foster a positive learning environment with each student. I aim to also involve every student within their own reflective learning process in the acquisition of another language.
