About Harvey
Teaching provides a way to demystify the complex technical hurdles that often stop artists from finishing songs. Have you ever wondered why your track sounds thin compared to your favorite records? My 4 years of writing and recording music taught me that clarity comes from intentional decisions.
I earned a BFA in Music Technology from NYU Steinhardt to ground my creative intuition in acoustic science. My practice involves deep work with reverb, delay, and vocal tuning to shape soundscapes.
I also guide students through synthesis, sound design, and the art of layering textures. My goal is to ensure you feel confident executing your vision.
My workflow emphasizes honest feedback between sessions to keep momentum high. I support complete beginners, intermediate producers, and working musicians in finding their sonic signature. Production is a marathon, not a sprint.
