About Koni
With 9 years of professional teaching experience and nearly 150 students mentored successfully, I am dedicated to helping learners develop both technical skill and musical confidence through flute training. My lessons are carefully structured and tailored to each student’s pace and goals.
I emphasize essential techniques such as breath management, embouchure control, articulation clarity, finger agility, and rhythmic accuracy. I also integrate sight-reading and basic music theory to strengthen overall musicianship. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to ensure clear understanding and comfort.
One of my key strengths is maintaining patience while encouraging high standards of discipline and regular practice. I create a supportive learning space where students feel motivated to overcome challenges.
My mission is to develop independent, expressive, and confident flute musicians who continue to grow with dedication and passion.

My flute teaching methodology emphasizes building a strong foundation, adaptability, collaboration, and positivity. I believe that consistent practice, combined with clear guidance, leads to steady musical growth.
Lessons begin with posture alignment, breath control, embouchure formation, and tone development. Once students gain stability, I gradually introduce finger exercises, scales, rhythm drills, and articulation practice. I ensure students master each concept before progressing to more advanced techniques.
I integrate music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm understanding alongside flute lessons. This approach helps students connect technical skill with musical knowledge, fostering a deeper understanding of music.
Flexibility allows me to tailor lessons according to student goals, whether preparing for performances, exams, or learning for personal enjoyment. Collaboration is encouraged through discussions, goal setting, and repertoire selection.
I maintain a positive and supportive environment where students feel motivated to explore, experiment, and improve. My aim is to develop confident, disciplined, and expressive flute players who enjoy lifelong musical growth.
