About Paula
I am a professional Singing tutor with 5 years of experience working with High School and College students. I have successfully taught over 250 students, helping them develop their voices, musical skills, and confidence. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalised instruction, motivation, and enjoyment, ensuring every student feels supported and challenged at the same time.
In my lessons, I emphasise vocal technique, breath control, pitch accuracy, tone, expression, and performance skills. I guide students through structured exercises while also encouraging creativity and experimentation with different musical styles. Many of my students have achieved success in recitals, competitions, and college performances, which reflects the effectiveness of a focused and enjoyable learning approach.
I also incorporate music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of music. My lessons aim to balance technical improvement with artistic expression, helping students grow as both singers and performers.

My singing lessons are built around adapting to each student’s unique learning style. Diplomacy guides my feedback, ensuring that corrections are delivered positively, helping students grow without fear or pressure.
Beyond singing, I teach subjects that strengthen musical ability, including music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, vocal technique, and song interpretation. I also focus on performance skills such as stage presence, microphone handling, and emotional delivery, helping students become confident performers. My lessons aim to develop both technical precision and expressive artistry, enabling students to connect deeply with their voice and music.
I work with all levels, from beginners learning basic techniques to advanced students preparing for auditions or performances. My goal is to create an inspiring, structured, and enjoyable learning experience, where students feel motivated to grow and express themselves fully through singing.
