About Manu y Lu

We are Bachelor of Advertising and Public Relations, we are both personal trainers and sports nutritionists. We have been working on the body in an integral way for more than 4 years. We train people of all ages both functional and outdoor soccer, gym or at home. We organize our training method in a personalized way based on the objectives of the students. Lu y Manu son personas llenas de pasión y ganas de ayudar. Te acompañan durante todo el proceso y ni se siente que están a distancia, ya que son cálidos y atentos en todo momento. Me ayudaron a alcanzar un estado físico óptimo el cual me cambió la vida y la forma de ver la gimnasia.
Lo que antes era aburrido, ahora es una divertida tarde de gimnasia con muchas risas y música. Los recomiendo al 100%. Excelente compra
