About Olivia
I was inspired to learn crochet by my grandmother, Mimi, who was very talented at both crochet and quilting. Over the years, this craft has brought me a grounding hobby, a creative outlet, and has allowed me to create beautiful, high quality gifts for myself and others.
Now in my thirties, I love to inspire others to slow down, create more and buy less. I mostly crochet clothing, winter accessories, and home goods for myself and friends. My proudest crochet accomplishment is having my work featured on an Amazon Prime TV show--I crocheted the Christmas stockings for Malcolm's family in It's Not Like That, Season 1, Episode 8! Getting hired to produce stockings for the show inspired me to focus more on crochet which led to me start teaching crochet in 2025.

Many people are drawn to crochet for it's reputation as a meditative hobby, but getting to that point--aka the beginner learning process--can feel less than therapeutic. I'm here to remind you that imperfection is part of the process and that you don't need fancy stitches or master techniques to create beautiful crochet projects. So much can be achieved through a strong understanding of the fundamentals and knowing how to fix--or hide--your inevitable mistakes. From beginner to intermediate, home decor to clothing, I am here to help you on your crochet journey!
