About Logan
I was a private tutor during high school and have provided lessons as well in college. I have taught around 20-30 students over the course of the last 3 years. Most of my students I tend to tutor for an extended time and develop a personal relationship with. The average grade for a student that I tutored was about a B/B+ and had been improved typically 2-3 letter grades from when we started.

I usually tutor struggling students in areas of math and physics at a high school level and entry college level. My methods of instruction typically are to find the lessons or concepts in which the student in struggling and help make the connection in a more clear way than was explained. I find that most students don't understand what the professor is teaching and just need things to be simplified, so once we can figure it out practice makes perfect!

For students who are in college level classes, rates will not drop below $15/hr for any amount of hours purchased upfront. For a distance greater than the radius given, hours for lessons may be kept to no more than 2 hours depending on my schedule.
