About Natalie
I am new to giving cooking lessons professionally, however I have been educating my instagram following for years. Although I have not been cooking professionally for the last 5 years, I cook and bake almost every single day!
My friends and family have been asking me to start professional classes for their friends since I started my studies almost 10 years ago.

I approach cooking lessons by teaching the basic cooking methods. If you've ever watched professional chefs and thought - how the heck do they know how to make that without a recipe - it's all about knowledge.
Course options:
- Knife skills (slice, dice, chop, mince - let's get comfortable with our prep work)
- Basic cooking methods (sweat, sautée, roast, sear, braise - learn how to cook just about any part of a recipe - and how to time your steps so everything finishes at once!)
