About Amy
I have been part of choir groups for over 15 years. Originally seen as shy, I found that through the repetitive practice of vocal song, my capacity to attune to others and express myself as a singer has grown exponentially. I'm excited to share many of these insights with you as you deepen into your own expression.

Sessions include singing warm ups,
experiential exercises, songwriting and learning to cover songs,
layering and harmonization, and a playful yet focused space to grow musically. I have been singing in groups for over 15 years and am passionate about the innate ability of all humans to sing, and the positive effects singing has on our brain and life, no matter if we do it professionally or therapeutically. The lessons are for those who are curious to build more trust, joy, and comfortability in their own vocal expression through song!
