About Sam
Despite receiving 4 offers to study medicine at university, I am now studying biochemistry at the University of Bristol with the ambition of breaking into the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
Outside of academics, I am a keen rugby player, having previously been a part of Bath Rugby Academy, but also take passion in music - particularly jazz and electronic genres.

Having taken Maths, Biology and Chemistry for A level, I am well aware of the steep learning curve that comes with these STEM subjects. However, I am well equipped to help you accomplish those top grades, achieving 3 A*s at A level and 11 9s at GCSE myself.
Having previously worked as a tutor for the 11+ exam, I have developed strong teaching skills, especially in breaking down tough concepts into manageable language and helping students gear their mindset towards problem solving, an essential skill for STEM exams.
I offer flexible online tutoring sessions for GCSE and A level students in Maths, Chemistry and Biology with an emphasis on reflection from the student - the student will be able to choose topics they feel need the most attention and work.
