About Charlie
I'm currently a 2nd-year student at Durham University studying MSc Mathematics and Physics, which naturally involves very rigorous mathematical processes, making me extremely suited to tutor the same subjects at a lower level. I'm nineteen years old which makes me far more approachable and personable for a GCSE/A-level student, and I sat my GCSEs in 2022 and A-levels in 2024, meaning I've a fresh memory of all the content (as well as textbooks of my own I've kept hold onto!)

I like to make maths feel clear and approachable by breaking down difficult concepts piecewise and doing examples together. My lessons usually last one hour and are tailored to each student’s pace and goals. I’ve achieved top grades in A-Level Maths and Further Maths, and I tutor GCSE and A-Level students aged 13–18 who want to boost confidence and exam results.
