Alisa Shapsis was an excellent math tutor for my 6th grade daughter. She was very weak in math, with poor grades. She couldn’t seem to do well in math no matter how many tutors we picked up. When we heard about Alisa, and saw that she was a tutor in AP calc with affordable pricing, me and my daughter decided to give her a try. We don’t usually have much luck with math tutors because math isn’t my kids strong area. However, Alisa was a wonderful help! She was easy to communicate with and was extremely understanding when my daughter got questions wrong. Only two months with her and she has much better grades and a better understanding of subjects dealing with long divisions and fractions. I recommend trying out her services because she helped my daughter a great amount! I’m grateful for her great help!
