About Kessie
The number one thing about freestyle is there is enough room for everyone to wild out! Dancing is not freestyle, but it does help you re-parent yourself on how to move your body. Dance gets you out of trouble, it sets you free from the boxes we have. Dancing makes you more conscious of all styles of dance, because, as a dancer, there is that instant spark in the movement where you understand who you are. You become a new human inside and out

The main focus is to coach others to dance freely in the room, with goals of self-boundaries. If there was one thing I learned being self-taught, and dancing in my living room, it helped me not run away from who I was, and my problems. As a self-taught person, it allowed me to coach others to always make room for the unknown, by creating boundaries for others to command the stage with you.
