About Adam
As I am currently a student myself, I understand the needs and possible difficulties a student can have when learning. After achieving a grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics and A*A*A* in A Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics, I have a good understanding of what's required to achieve the higher marks and have experience of improving my results by 3 grades.
I was Head Boy at my school which involved me having meetings with students where I listened to any concerns they had and tried to help them as best I could.
I'm available to teach all levels up to A level and even some first year degree content if needed.

I look to create a relaxed environment so you feel more comfortable asking questions. This starts by offering the first session for free, where I will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and also allows me to find out your strengths and weaknesses. This enables me to give more personalised and detailed sessions on areas you struggle with most, teaching it in a style which best suits you.
In a typical lesson I will start with some warm up questions on a random topic, before going into the main topic of that session. I will first develop your understanding of each topic, as well as working through examples and providing exam questions. I will mark and give detailed feedback on these questions and any you may bring to the session. If you prefer, sessions can also be used to work through past papers or homework, with a focus on showing you how to perfect your exam technique.
