About Charlley
My name is Ms. Phan and I have been an elementary school teacher for over 7 years.
I have taught a variety of grades and the majority of my time is spent in 4th and 5th grade.
I have a Bachelor's degree in teaching, Master's degree in social work, and I will have another Master's in Library science this Spring 2024.
I am excited to teach, educate and grow students in anyway that I can!
