About Alexis
I want young minds who are interested in STEM to succeed in a field that often seems rather daunting. I have quite a bit of experience fighting to get opportunities in the scientific field, including research labs, the marine mammal center, wildlife sanctuaries, and other positions that I want to teach other students how to reach. With a little bit of help, you can do and be whoever you want to. With my professional and student experience, I can hopefully guide you there.

I believe that practice makes perfect. My lessons will consist of half teaching and reviewing the material, with the other half consisting of practice questions. These questions will be formulated around your learning style (i.e. do-er, watch-er, read-er). I believe it is important to vocalize your opinions - be it about the material, any questions or concerns about a class you may have.
