About Abigail
I am currently undertaking an LLB Law degree at the University of Exeter. During my A-Levels, psychology was my favourite subject, and as a firm believer that learning should never stop, I want to continue my engagement with the subject by teaching it to others. I have previously tutored peers during my A-Levels and helped them achieve their target grades and want to continue helping others to achieve theirs. Through my tutor sessions I hope to share the enthusiasm I had for psychology, while helping students build their confidence in both content and exams, allowing them to reach their academic goals.

Following the syllabus is always my most effective starting point. My teaching approach focuses on each individual assessment objective (AO1, AO2 and AO3), helping students clearly distinguish between them so they can access the higher marking bands. When covering content, I prioritise building strong understanding first, before moving on to application through targeted past exam questions. I have previously tutored peers during my own A-Levels and supported them in achieving their target grades. My sessions are designed for any A-Level Psychology student who wants to strengthen their knowledge, improve exam technique and boost their overall grade, with lessons typically lasting one hour.
