About Jonty
Hi I'm Jonty. I am currently on my sandwich year of my 4 year Mathematics and Sport Science course at Loughborough University. During my placement year, I will be working in a school as mainly a sports coach, whilst teacher assisting Maths lessons and having my own drop-in sessions during school hours. I am a straight "A" A-level student, which includes A* in Maths and A in Further Maths. I also achieved a 9 in GCSE Maths, with an A in Additional Maths and 8 in Statistics as well.

I am a young but enthusiastic Maths tutor aiming to aid Primary, KS3 and GCSE student success. I want to push my students to the limit, really bring out their full potential. Whilst I want them to test themselves, it is also necessary that basic skills should be almost perfect, so no "silly" mistakes will be made on future exams. During your first session, I will need you to bring any sort of problems you are struggling on. I want you to feel comfortable with my approach to the problems, and hope we can continue to learn together in future lessons to come! For future lessons, I will structure lessons that tailor your exams. This could include revisiting techniques from scratch, or fine tuning skills the day before.
