About Ayelet
I graduated in 2019 from Barnard College of Columbia University with a degree in behavioral neuroscience. I then worked for 2 years as a Research Assistant at Columbia Medical Center in a Molecular Biology lab, completing multiple research projects and publishing 2 papers.
My undergraduate degree combined studies of neuroscience, biology, and psychology. Currently, I am in my second year of obtaining a Masters in Computational Neuroscience at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
I have 2 years of tutoring experience. I am passionate about what I have learned and what I am currently learning, and my goal is to help students better understand and appreciate science and its relevance to our lives.

I am very passionate about neuroscience, biology, and psychology, and I have had the opportunity to tutor high school students for the past 2 years. I have tutored all levels of students.
For some students, I like to have weekly sessions where we first review what you are learning in class and then go over questions that you have. If there is time, I then like to practice additional questions and begin reviewing what you will be learning the following week.
Other students have found it more helpful to meet with me multiple times before an exam instead of on a weekly basis. Together we can decide what we think is best.
