About Jonah
Hi! My name is Jonah and I am a student at Haverford College, a highly ranked liberal arts college outside of Philadelphia. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis and practicing my saxophone, and I am also a student athlete on the track and field team at Haverford. Throughout my academic career I have always excelled in math, acing every math class I have taken and getting an almost perfect score of 780 on the math SAT. I have also always had a passion for teaching and tutored students in math throughout high school. I now want to take my skills to this platform to help you all!

As an experienced tutor, I know that each student is unique and needs their own individual style of tutoring. I have the skills to cater to each individual student’s needs, and I have produced many successful students in the past. By tutoring through zoom, I am able to use the chalkboard feature to explain concepts in an understandable way, and my priority is that each student fully understands all the concepts they are supposed to. After I make sure the student has conceptual understanding, I will help them with their coursework and even produce unique practice problems that cater to the student’s needs.
