About Ope
I am currently a medical student, having already done an undergraduate degree. I have experience with people of many different backgrounds, cultures, races, and religions and I believe one of my strengths is my ability to relate with everyone I come across, with a special gift of making people feel comfortable and confident in my presence. I am multilingual- I speak English, Yoruba, Spanish, and I am currently teaching myself Turkish, Arabic and French

I have been tutoring children at all levels for just under a decade, with most of my lessons taking place online. I believe in teaching according to the student’s pace and ability, pushing them when needed, but also recognising when they need to spend more time on a topic. I like to keep my lessons as informal as possible for a learning environment so that students feel comfortable, but also remain aware that they are there to learn. Lessons usually run for an hour, but I am able to extend them if and/or when necessary.
