About Isabella
As a current medical student in England, I have a fresh and comprehensive understanding of the English education system and national exams. Having recently navigated these assessments myself, I am aware of effective techniques and resources for success. I also understand the critical role that engaging teaching plays in enhancing a student's understanding. In my tutoring sessions, we will begin by identifying the areas where the student needs support, whether it's a specific homework task or a broader subject area. Together, we will work through various activities to develop their knowledge in these areas. I will ensure that any resources we use are relevant and aligned with the student's exam board specifications. If the student is preparing for specific exams, like GCSEs, we will also focus on exam techniques, which many students find challenging. Additionally, over multiple sessions, I will revisit the student's previous areas of weakness and provide suitable activities to ensure they have fully understood and mastered the content.
