About Claire
Hi, I’m Claire! I’m a nursing student with a background in psychology, and I’m passionate about helping people learn in ways that actually make sense to them.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine, where I developed a strong interest in how people think, learn, and build confidence. After graduating, I completed additional pre-health coursework through UC Berkeley Extension, and I’m now pursuing nursing — a path that reflects both my love of science and my desire to support others in meaningful, practical ways.
A lot of my experience has involved working closely with students in both academic and leadership settings. I’m known for being calm, patient, and easy to talk to, and I naturally focus on helping people feel more capable and less overwhelmed. I especially enjoy working with students who are motivated but may feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to approach their work.
In addition to tutoring, I have a creative side — I love drawing and painting, and I often bring that creativity into how I explain concepts or help students organize their ideas.
Overall, my goal is to help students build not just better grades, but confidence, independence, and a stronger understanding of how they learn best.

Hi! I’m Claire, a nursing student with a B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine and a strong background in science coursework, including chemistry.
I offer personalized chemistry tutoring for high school and college students who are ready to improve their understanding and feel more confident in the subject.
Chemistry can feel overwhelming — especially when concepts start to build on each other quickly. My approach focuses on breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, so you’re not just memorizing, but actually understanding how and why things work.
