About Kevin
What sets me apart in my tutoring approach is empathy. I graduated in 2019, which has allowed me to amass significant amount of experience tutoring both privately and for various companies teaching maths and english to students from years 5-12. Conversely, as a current student I can relate to many of the pressures encountered by students of all abilities, which leads to a healthy dynamic in which students are comfortable to voice their concerns and goals free of judgement. While I have preallocated material, I believe that working with the student collaboratively remains critical and so I take an active approach in tailoring my content to individual aptitude.

I am available for online tutoring for which I use an iPad, such that students can see and participate in all working with ease. My timetable is highly flexible as per student’s requests. I charge $50/hour for online sessions and $60/hour for in person sessions (conducted at the State Library of Victoria). I understand that school, especially the latter years of secondary school, can be a particularly stressful time for many students and parents. As such, I am more than happy to play my part in helping alleviate any concerns, ensuring you/your child walks into the exam room confident in their ability to perform.
