About Marusya
As mentioned, I am currently a professional ballet/contemporary ballet dancer. I go on tours with the company I work for, performing both internationally and within the US.
During my training as a student, I’ve danced with prestigious schools including San Francisco Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, and Royal Ballet.
Teaching experience:
I teach students privately; I’ve taught for university’s dance summer intensives; taught in workshops for companies in the Bay Area; guest taught for pre-professional programs, coached students that are preparing for competitions; choreographed solos for competitions, music videos, commercials, etc.
I’m here to share my extensive knowledge and passion for movement with you!

I am a professional dancer and teacher that is well-versed in ballet, contemporary, and neo-classical style. My goal is to support my students in their aspirations; mentor them, help them build strength and deep understanding of technique & artistry, and find the confidence to BE THEMSELVES, and dance with joy. I’m here to push dancers outside their comfort zone, and help them develop their own identity as a dancer. I absolutely love teaching and would be happy to support you as you work towards your goals.
