About Ben
I’ve had a passion for maths and physics since a young age, and at a time I had also found myself struggling in my studies, but eager to learn more. My brief time with a tutor of my own helped me immensely in developing my own study skills and allowed me to achieve the grades I did in my GCSEs, propelling me towards success in my A levels as well as my first year as a uni student. It’s been my passion for some time now to give struggling and hardworking students the push they need to excel themselves.

For the majority of my students I work alongside their schools syllabus, providing aid with homework and assisting with further study around topics they may struggle with more. If there are any glaring gaps in a student’s knowledge I’d also take a session or two to rectify this and help get them up to speed with where they should be at in their syllabus. Of course some students may be looking at tutoring to advance their knowledge past the syllabus, I’ve worked with a number of such students in the past. For them, sessions would revolve largely around preparing them for future study in their coming years, advancing the current topics they’re studying in school with new approaches, and introducing new topics they are sure to encounter in the future.
