About Katie
Hi there!
Funnily enough, I hated languages in school!
Now that I know more about the culture, and know ways to learn languages, I absolutely love learning them! This is why I'm so enthusiastic about sharing tips/ techniques/ cultural knowledge/jokes in my lessons, as learning should be fun and engaging!
I'm a high school teacher of French and Spanish, with 3 years experience in teaching and professional experience working in both France and Spain.
In my school, I'm responsible for teaching GCSE languages in 2 years rather than 3 or the usual 5, so know how to help even the most 'hopeless' student achieve their targets very quickly!
I know it can be daunting to learn a language, so please do let me know if you have any questions!
