About Oralia
I like to create a safe and comfortable for my students to learn effectively in. I am first-generation student and I had to learn how to manage time, develop study habits, and how to find motivation on my own in order to do well in school. I like to help give educational advice wherever I can :)

I prefer to tutor online through services like Zoom, Skype, Discord, etc. I have found interactive ways on how to tutor and teach children core subject areas despite not being there in person. I like to encourage students to make an attempt on their work before I aid them, it is proven to be better for knowledge retention. I also like to break their work into small bits to do at time, for it has also been proven to help with learning information rather than remembering a concept for only a short period of time. It is important to break down into detail what a concept is so they can understand it's foundation and have a better chance at problem solving or deduction if they happen to forget, for example, how to solve a mathematic problem.

* K-8: all core subjects and Spanish
* 9-12: English, History, Social Sciences, History, Mathematics, and Spanish
* College level: Social Sciences and the Humanities
