About Allison
Hello! I am a student at Carnegie Mellon University studying statistics and machine learning. I am originally from the Bay Area. I have been privately tutoring students ranging from elementary to high school for six years, with over 15 clients, and was in charge of my high school's peer tutoring program for two years. I approach all my students with enthusiasm and genuine excitement to improve not only academic performance but also personal confidence.

A typical lesson includes addressing what the student would like to learn, problem areas, quizzes/assessments based on problem areas, grading and correcting assessments, tips and tricks to remember strategies to improve work, practice problems, and a homework document to prepare for the next session as well as a document documenting progress.
