About Lily
I'm currently a student at the University of Oxford studying Mathematics and Computer Science, and would like to tutor others in any area of mathematics that they'd like to improve at!
I'm very patient, so we can focus on any topic that you'd like to target for as long as you need - we'll make sure that you'll leave fully confident with the content and more than able to answer any exam question.
I achieved A*A*A*A* at A-Level in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics.
I also achieved 11 9s at GCSE and an A (top grade) in Additional Mathematics.
My tutoring also extends to school/university mathematics admission exams, including the 11+ test.

A typical maths lesson would start with going over the content of the topic the student is struggling with until they really understand the methods needed to use and why we use them.
After they understand the fundamentals of the topic, we'd go through lots of practice questions, starting from easier problems to harder questions that may be seen on exams.
Of course, this varies per student, so we'll study at the pace that best suits them!
I have practice tutoring mathematics and any level between primary school up to A-Level.
I can tutor primary school students, GCSE/A-Level students, and any student preparing for entrance exams in mathematics.
