About Tahira

I am currently a second-year psychology student with A-Levels in history, philosophy, and art. I started tutoring students in younger years at school and found that not only was I helping them, but it was also actually benefiting my own revision as I found being able to discuss and learn together is such a great way to revise. I would bring this enthusiasm to tutoring and I am eager to help students further an understanding of their subject while being able to help them achieve their target grades.

About the lesson

Whether it is going through past papers or going over specific topics, lessons will be tailored to what the individual student is finding most challenging. I will use the first session to assess the areas that the student needs help in and find out what type of learner they are. Sessions can be between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how much material needs to be covered. As a tutor, I have experience teaching the younger years during my time in high school and college. My lessons are aimed at students currently studying either GCSEs or A-Levels.
