Personalized lesson plans that revolve around the weak points in the students education and focusing more on the concepts/issues that they don’t understand versus going over things the students already know. The basis for the lesson plans is conceptual instead of formulaic. I believe in understanding the concepts and the mechanisms behind the concepts instead of being taught to memorize.
