About Hyunseo
Hi! I am a Korean student who has been educated in international schools for most of my life, and I am fully bilingual in Korean and English at a native level. I attended an international school in Europe during my early primary school years before returning to Korea, where I attended Seoul International School from primary school through to high school. I also studied Chinese for four years during middle and high school and am comfortable communicating in conversational Chinese.
I have 3 years of tutoring experience, and although I am based in Sydney, I am open to tutoring students around the world. I graduated from an American international high school, and can help with AP biology, chemistry, language and literature, as well as HSC subjects for Australian students. I can also help students wanting to get into Australian medical school with interview prep.

My name is Hyunseo, and I am currently a first-year student in the Double Degree Medical Program at the University of Sydney (USYD DDMP). I teach high school students interested in STEM and medicine. I am familiar with AP and HSC curriculums. I can help with homework, test prep, or college interviews.

My approach to tutoring has always been more than simply helping students complete their homework or improve a particular mark. I really enjoy getting to know each student, understanding what they are struggling with, and building a comfortable relationship where they feel able to ask questions freely. I particularly focus on helping students set their own goals, become more independent learners, and develop study habits that they could continue using on their own.
My lessons are online and are typically 1-2 hours long.
