About Macy
I am a dancer based in Richmond, Virginia with over 10 years of training in the dance world. I also have over 8 years of musical theatre experience and would love to help performers feel more comfortable with dancing. Being involved in both the dance and theatre world, I can help provide insight into how both industries work together.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on technique, musicality, and the overall confidence of young dancers. A typical lesson would begin with a 5-10 minute conversation with the dancers about their personal goals for their future careers (do they want to dance professionally? Do they want to become dance teachers? Are they interested in performing in the theatre world?). Then we will begin working on any combinations or solos that they are interested in getting feedback/extra training in. Finally, I will help lead the dancer in goal setting for their next lesson.
