Progressive Approach: Starting with foundational skills (like passing, shooting, and ball control), I build up to more advanced techniques (like tactics, positioning, and team strategies). Each lesson progresses from basic to complex based on the student's growth. Feedback and Reflection: After drills and games, I encourage students to reflect on their performance. Constructive feedback helps improve their strengths and address areas for development. Typical Lesson Plan: Warm-Up (10 minutes): A series of stretches and light drills to get the body ready. Skill Drills (20 minutes): Focus on core skills, for example, dribbling or passing exercises. Tactical Knowledge (15 minutes): Explanation and practice of key tactical concepts, like positioning and team play.
