About Cecile

I’m a French native from Paris. I have been an expat for more than 15 years and lived in Australia for the past 10 years. In the past 7 years I’ve gained experience with working with children and I’m now employed as a teacher aide in Queensland schools. Throughout the years I’ve also worked independently as a French translator for publishing companies and as a private French tutor for adults and high school students.

About the lesson

As a tutor I will first assess your need and set with you the goals and objectives you’d like to achieve. Then I’ll create a tailored tutoring program which will prioritize comprehension as a key to drive your learning. Reading and writing will be adapted to needs and I’ll provide a set of resources to extend on your learning outside your session as I believe exposure and repetition is a key to success.
