About Savy
I have photographed since I was pretty much 5 years old. While on a swim team, I practiced action/sports photography, but as I grew older I moved towards fine art and portraits. All 4 years of high school I worked on photograms, developing black and white 35mm film, darkroom printing, and digital photography. After graduating I went straight to art school, where I am on my 4th (and last) year in getting my BFA in photography. Through this program I have learned several ways in using software like Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, as well as practical uses of differing equipment needed for studio photoshoots. I have also worked for Alameda County with photographing an event on the USS Hornet, been a part of many art contests and competitions, and have done photoshoots with several different models. I have lots of experience with Portrait photography, Nature photography, Street/Documentary photography, and Abstract photography.

I have hands-on experience for several years in all kinds of photography including: Digital, 35mm Film, Polaroid, Cyanotype, Lumen, Photograms, Digital Darkroom, and Chemical Darkroom. In a lesson with me, I can help develop artistic creativity through a lens (or cameraless process).
