About Maddie
As a child who was often scared to ask for help, I developed a passion for helping those who need it. Working with younger children can sometimes be challenging, but I believe that if you are committed to something, you should continue trying even when things become difficult. That is why I want to help others succeed and reach their full potential in the future.
I enjoy interacting with younger children because I always learn something new from them. It is important to me to understand that everyone comes from different backgrounds and learns at their own pace. Because of this, I believe it is never acceptable to judge someone based on their level of understanding or learning ability. Instead, I strive to be patient, supportive, and encouraging as they work toward their goals.

My name is Maddie, and I am a 17-year-old high school student with a passion for helping younger children learn and grow. I am actively involved in sports, which has taught me the importance of teamwork, patience, responsibility, and leadership. I have experience working with children in the past and enjoy creating a positive, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.
In addition to my experience with children, I help care for my younger siblings, which has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. I understand that every child learns differently, and I strive to be patient, supportive, and adaptable to each student’s needs. My goal as a tutor is to help students succeed academically while making learning engaging and enjoyable.
