About Alaisa
Well, professionally I’m a med student and I have also certified in personality development and leadership development workshops, and a certified psychology and body language profiler. As a med student and a person coming from a background of personal trauma, I have gained insights into stress management, emotional understanding of oneself, dealing with your feelings and finding that focus back which is needed to move ahead in life. And I’m here to share it all!

I’ve always felt like the “motivational” speeches last for a few minutes-days and don’t really cause a “inner-shift” as I like to call it. My approach would be direct and question-based. Helping you find the blind spots you may have and deal with your inner situations. A different approach in finding that inner love and confidence towards oneself and a stronger view on life. I try to help you gain clarity of your inner conflicts, understanding where they’re coming from, changing them while embracing your inner self.
