About Amanda
The majority of my work experience falls under childcare. I have directed and taught at Montessori schools and also taught at primary and secondary schools. I spent the last 5 years at Olathe West High School, working in the special education department. I loved developing strong, positive relationships with each student. Getting to be apart of the progression of their academic journey has been so rewarding. It motivates me to become a better teacher through my creativity and passion.

Teaching comes as a second nature to me. I truly appreciate the privilege to mold the minds of students through my knowledge, experienced and creativity. Understanding and getting to know your students makes a world of a difference. This allows both parties to develop a positive, motivating, and constructive relationship.
