My names Sarah,
I have previously worked in Early Childhood before moving into Integration Aide at a high school where i support students learning within the classroom.
I have a yer remaining in the bachelor of Primary Education and have experience with creating lesson plans, working 1 on 1 with students and adapting tasks to support students development levels.
I enjoy working with students and watching them develop and progress throughout their learning journey.

Within my classroom, I provide my students with engaging, rich and positive learning opportunities in a safe space for students to develop and grow. I am proactive with my teaching practices, to ensure all students learning needs are catered for with the best possibility for success. The Victorian curriculum provides the basis for my planning to deliver engaging, challenging and meaningful lessons. I am well versed to the Victorian curriculum across a range of year levels and am comfortable embedding this into my planning to differentiate for diverse learners. When developing numeracy and literacy lessons for students, it is important to understand the content descriptors within the standards to effectively support and extend student learning.
