About Alex
I am an Electrical Engineering student at McGill University with a CGPA of 3.9, specializing in math, physics, and engineering sciences. I have a strong academic foundation in calculus, linear algebra, mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and chemistry, and I understand these subjects deeply at a conceptual level.
My strength lies in explaining difficult and abstract concepts clearly and logically, based on how I personally understand them—not by memorization, but by first principles. I prepare detailed notes before each lesson and focus on theory first, because once the theory is truly understood, equations become intuitive rather than intimidating.
I am highly responsible and committed to my students’ success. Each lesson includes follow-up notes and practice questions, and students are always welcome to ask questions afterward or book free follow-up Zoom sessions until everything is fully understood. My goal is for my student to have better grades and become confident, happy, and genuinely interested learners.

1. Who the Lessons Are For
Middle school; High school and CEGEP students that need help in Chemistry; Mechanics; Electricity and Magnetism; basic Mathematics; Calculus and Linear Algebra
I know exams are hard, I will provide help with emergency exam preparation.
If students are interested, I am also happy to discuss Astrophysics at an introductory or exploratory level
2. Lesson plan
* Before the lesson, I prepare structured notes covering everything the student must understand
* The lesson is fully based on these notes, explained step by step and in detail
* Concepts are explained first, followed by how equations naturally come from the theory
* After the lesson, students receive follow-up notes and practice questions
* Students are free to ask questions later by email or book free Zoom follow-ups if anything is unclear
The goal is not to finish content quickly, but to ensure real understanding.

*I pay close attention to common points of confusion, because I’ve experienced these struggles myself and know where students usually get stuck.
