While I am focused on getting work done I am also sympathetic that the information that you are learning is difficult so I am willing to spend lots of time and be very patient when introducing new information. I personally didn't find GCSEs and A levels easy and had to work for them so I understand the situation you are in.

Personally I find that explaining topics then solidifying this knowledge with lots of practice questions that we would go through together is the best way to retain information and gain the ability to problem solve on your own. I try to make lessons as interactive and interesting as possible so you aren’t just sitting and listening as I think engagement is very important in retaining the information.
