About Monique
Hi, my name is Monique. I studied maths from GCSE to A-Level and went on to earn a degree in Accountancy, so numbers have always been a big part of my life. I want to tutor because I genuinely find fulfilment in helping others understand maths—it’s not as hard or intimidating as many people think. I believe that with the right approach, anyone can feel confident tackling even the trickiest questions. My goal is to change the way students think about maths, breaking it down in a way that feels simple and less scary.

I’ve always believed that maths doesn’t have to be confusing or stressful. Through tutoring, I want to help others see numbers in a simpler, clearer way—so that solving problems becomes something they can do with confidence. There’s nothing better than watching someone go from feeling stuck to saying, “Oh, that actually makes sense!” My goal is to help students feel so comfortable with maths that they can tackle any question that comes their way.
