I am a passionate educator with a diverse background in teaching English and Spanish, enriched by my experiences living and working in the USA. My professional journey includes roles as an English and Spanish tutor and as a dance and art teacher in a Spanish immersion preschool. These experiences have honed my ability to make learning both impactful and enjoyable.

Learning a new language opens doors to understanding and appreciating the world. When I moved to the USA at 23 with limited English skills, I embraced the challenge and immersed myself in a new culture. Over seven years, I transitioned from being a nanny to teaching dance and art in a Spanish immersion preschool, experiencing firsthand the joy of language learning. Now back home, I am passionate about inspiring others to embrace language learning, not just for academic success but for exploring the world and appreciating diversity. My teaching style follows the Communicative Approach, prioritizing fluency and using authentic materials and interactive activities. I also incorporate the Comprehension and Affective-Humanistic approaches to create a supportive environment where students can confidently explore language and creativity. My goal is to instill a lasting enthusiasm for language learning and empower students to achieve their dreams through effective communication.
