About Matt
I’m currently at studying my undergraduate degree at Curtin. I have good understanding of maths, physics, accounting, finance and economics. I have been tutoring for two years and can help high school students of all ages or first/second year university students.

I mainly focus on helping the student understand before teaching formulae or techniques. For example, if the student understands the principle behind a mathematical formula, they’re far better placed to master the implementation of said principle. I like to break the learning objectives down into the simplest form and build understanding before we practise examples. This tends to help students in the long run when they face more complex application of theory as they progress in their education.
