About Alma
Beginners and advanced students alike find their stride in my virtual studio. I remember the exact feeling of walking onto a stage for my first public recital at 10 years old. This initial spark eventually led me to the Curtis Institute of Music for my BMus.
Over the past 8 years of teaching, I have guided countless pupils toward discovering their unique musical voices. Watching a student gain confidence through rigorous practice is what makes this work so enjoyable for me.

Technical precision often serves as a barrier rather than a bridge to musicality. By focusing on posture, hand position, and pedalling technique, I ensure that the mechanics of the piano support your artistic goals instead of restricting them.
My background from the Curtis Institute of Music informs how I integrate scales, arpeggios, and rhythm training into every session. During our 6.0 hour blocks of instruction, we move between classical repertoire and contemporary pop styles with ease. You will refine your sight reading and accompaniment skills while exploring the nuances of dynamics and expression. These digital meetings allow me to maintain a disciplined practice environment that helps you sustain focus across 3 time zones.
