About Tomas
Years of performing on stage and working in the studio have led me to a fulfilling career in full-time teaching. With 13 years of experience, I bring a direct, structured, and methodical approach to every lesson, adapting my teaching to support each student’s individual goals and development.
My teaching focuses primarily on pop and contemporary styles, with an emphasis on building strong musicianship and practical skills. I work with students on ear training, accompaniment, hand independence, scales, arpeggios, sight-reading, and effective pedaling, helping them develop both confidence and control at the piano.
I also incorporate music theory and jazz improvisation to give students a well-rounded understanding of their instrument and the music they play. My goal is to make every lesson purposeful and engaging, while providing students with clear techniques and tangible results they can carry into their playing.
